Who we are

Route Technologies (Pty) Ltd is responsible for this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). For anything about your information, email support@routetechnologies.co.za.

What this website collects

• No cookies. This website does not set cookies or store anything on your device, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
• No analytics or advertising. We do not measure visitors, build profiles, or use advertising or social media trackers.
• No accounts. You cannot sign up on this website. The only thing you can send us is an enquiry, described below.
• What any website needs to work. The company that hosts this website receives technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. It may process them outside South Africa.

If you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your company, what your enquiry is about, and your message. You tick a box to agree before it is sent. We use these details only to reply to you and to deal with what you asked, and we keep them only for as long as that takes, or longer if the law requires it. We do not add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered by Formspree, a service based in the United States that receives the enquiry and emails it to us. Your details are processed there for that purpose only, under Formspree's privacy policy. Nothing is sent to Formspree until you press Send, and the form does not use cookies or tracking.

If you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to deal with what you asked, and we keep it only for as long as that takes, or longer if the law requires it. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@routetechnologies.co.za. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and RouteClub is only for people aged 18 or older.

Changes

If this website starts handling information differently, this notice is updated first, with a new date. Anything that is not needed for the site to work would only be switched on after asking for your consent.
